Conor McGregor spoke out strongly after Ryan García’s alleged doping in his last fight where he knocked out Devin Haney.

The Irish UFC superstar took to social media to weigh in on Garcia and his doping, including UFC bantamweight champion Sean O’Malley as part of his message.

“I’m disgusted and he deserves a lifetime ban,” McGregor wrote on his social media, which he deleted shortly after.

“He cheated with his weight and doped, expulsion for life, it’s sad to see, and sad to say. “I’m sad and a little sick,” said Conor, who also issued a stern warning.

“Don’t come near me again if you see me, Ryan Garcia. I’m disgusted, really. This ostarine thing reminds me of Sean O’Malley, who was also in it. I don’t like it, I’m going to beat them both up, I’ll buy them flights and a hotel and everything right now, I’m going to ride them like they were ostriches, concluded a frustrated McGregor.

García defends himself: “I don’t cheat”

Ryan García spoke out this Thursday about the accusations made against him on Wednesday, stating that the culprit of the positive test was bufera root, more popularly known as Indian ginseng, a medicinal herb that provides physical and mental vigor.

The Voluntary Anti-Doping Association (VADA) reported that García had tested positive before and after his fight against Haney this May 1 for using a steroid known as ostarine, in technical language enobosarm, which increases the physical resistance of athletes.

“Everyone knows I don’t cheat… these people are attacking me for whatever reason. I have not taken steroids in my life, I wouldn’t even know where to get them,” he commented in a video published on his social networks.

The controversy is served, and McGregor, as he has done in the past, is once again very combative against those who cheat to win in the ring and in the octagon. In the past, the Irish fighter had his downs and downs with anti-doping agencies, especially USADA. He recently passed his first test in over two years with his return to the UFC in sight.
