The American actress and singer Grace Hightower has decided that it is time to get rid of the duplex in Upper West Side, New York, that she shared for almost 10 years with her now ex-husband Robert De Niro.
The residence has recently entered the real estate market for $20 million dollars. Media outlets highlight that the price is $900,000 less than what the couple paid for the place in 2006.
The sale of the residence is in charge of Leonard Steinberg, Compass agent, and the scoop was given by ‘Wall Street Journal’. The agent says on the website: “This large, elegant and completely renovated home is perfectly located in one of the most desirable buildings on Central Park West, The Brentmoore, designed by Schwartz and Gross in 1910. A Beaux Arts beauty of the highest level Before the war”.
The property spans 5,700 square feet spread over two floors with five bedrooms, three full bathrooms, two half bathrooms, foyer, living room, great room, movie theater, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and other amenities.
The renovations that have been made to the place in recent years have been led by architect Alexander Antonelli and interior designer Buzz Kelly.
From the interior, we must highlight its wooden floors, 11-foot high ceilings, large floor-to-ceiling windows, sliding doors, stairs with iron railings and more. The kitchen has wood cabinets, marble countertops and stainless steel appliances.
On the other hand, the master bedroom has a luxury dressing room and spa-like bathroom.
