Country music singer and songwriter Kellie Pickler has managed to get rid of the house in Nashville, Tennessee, where she lived with her husband Kyle Jacobs for several years.

Keeping this residence was practically impossible, as it was the place where her husband was found dead on February 17, 2023. Jacobs allegedly took his own life by shooting himself in the head.

At the end of last year Pickler decided to put the residence up for sale for $2.89 million, but the lack of interested parties caused its price to be reduced in the following months. The last time the residence came on the market it had a price tag of $2.6 million dollars.

Although ‘Mansion Global’ has reported that Pickler and his team managed to sell the residence, at the moment the name of the new buyer is not known nor the exact amount he agreed to pay.

With the property downgraded to $2.6 million, the price was still more than the $1.43 million Pickler paid for the place in early 2010. The purchase was made a year before the singer and television personality married Jacobs.

The residence is specifically located in the Green Hills neighborhood, known as one of the most exclusive in Nashville.

The main house has an area of 4,900 square feet distributed in four bedrooms, five bathrooms, foyer, living room, great room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and other amenities. Among the luxuries of the residence we must mention its elevator and wine cellar.

The interior of the house highlights the vaulted ceilings, stone fireplace, large windows, cedar posts and more.

Outside, the new owner will be able to enjoy green areas, a terrace, a swimming pool and other ideal spaces to enjoy the outdoors with family or friends.
