After the postponement last Saturday of their concert in Marseille, Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band announced a few hours ago that they will reschedule two more concerts due to the singer’s “vocal problems.”

It was on social media where “The Boss,” as he is nicknamed, released a statement to indicate that he underwent new tests and consultations, the results of which led doctors to determine that Springsteen cannot offer shows in the next 10 days.

“Following yesterday’s postponement in Marseille due to vocal problems, further tests and consultations led doctors to determine that Bruce should not perform for the next 10 days. With this in mind, additional postponements are required for Prague’s Letnany Airport (initially scheduled for May 28) and Milan’s San Siro Stadium (initially scheduled for June 1 and 3). New dates for these shows will be announced soon. “Those who want a refund will be able to obtain it at their original point of purchase,” the statement reads.

They added that the guitarist is also recovering comfortably and the band’s European stadium tour is scheduled to resume on June 12 in Madrid, Spain.

“Bruce is recovering comfortably and he and the E Street Band look forward to resuming their successful European stadium tour on June 12 in Madrid at the magnificent Civitas Metropolitan,” his message ends.

This is not the first time that Bruce has had to postpone tour dates for health reasons. Last September, the same thing happened during his time in North America, although this time it was due to a peptic ulcer.
