New York – JetBlue airline is promoting one-way flights to islands like the Bahamas this week for a minimum price of $64.
Discounted flights are for summer crossings.
Most offers apply to flights between June and next August.
Through the “Best Fare Finder” tool you can filter the search by region and by airport.
Other options for flights to islands
A search conducted by El Diario this morning leaving from John F. Kennedy Airport (JFK) turned up tickets to Turks and Caicos for $89; Aruba for $119; Grand Cayman for $123; and Jamaica for $203.
You can also travel to Punta Cana and Santo Domingo, in the Dominican Republic, starting at $149 and $179, respectively.
To San Juan, Puerto Rico, the cheapest ticket would cost you $132; Arriving in Aguadilla, the price is reduced to $122.
Destinations in Latin America
In the case of Costa Rica, JetBlue offers tickets for a base price of $143; while to Cancun, Mexico, you can travel at a minimum cost of $137 per ticket.
If you prefer to travel to Cartagena, Colombia, the airline promotes one-way flights starting at $179.
Flights to US cities
You also have the option to purchase flights to US cities such as Boston, Massachusetts, for a starting price of $69; or to New Orleans, Louisiana, for $89.
Another alternative is Orlando, Florida, at a starting cost of $59; or to San Diego, California, for $154.
