The singer Madonna has made it clear from the beginning of her career that she is not in this world to go unnoticed or to become an image without content. The “material girl” embraced different humanitarian causes, she scandalized the world with songs, released a book dedicated to sex and continued working to be considered by many as a symbol of sexual freedom.

However, a fan, who, apparently, knows nothing of the blonde’s usual eccentricities, was horrified after witnessing one of her last concerts and decided to sue her for considering it “pornographic.”

According to several media reports, Justen Lipeles, one of the millions of viewers who was on the performer’s Celebration tour, believes that the show contained “sexual material without warning.” The man was present, specifically, at the show that the “queen of pop” gave on March 7 at the Kia Forum in California, and sued her because she considered it too sexual.

“I was forced to see topless women on stage simulating sexual acts,” he stated, horrified, in the lawsuit, which was released by the media Blast.

For its part, Page Six indicates that this was not the only reason that led him to file a lawsuit, the man also accused the singer of turning off the air conditioning inside the stadium, which supposedly caused him and other fans to start sweating. a lot.

In his story, the plaintiff claims that when concertgoers expressed their discomfort about the heat felt in the stadium, the diva suggested to the crowd that they take off their clothes.

Justen Lipeles accuses Madonna and Live Nation of six crimes including: breach of written contract, negligent misrepresentation, emotional distress and false advertising. He also claims that he was misled about the start time of the show: he claims that the concert was supposed to start at 8:30 p.m., but did not start until 10:00 p.m., and that Madonna copied some parts of the show.

Another complaint about Madonna’s shows

Last January, a delay in her New York concerts caused Madonna problems. The artist performed three shows in The Big Apple during the month of December and also faced a lawsuit from some of the attendees.

On that occasion, the singer, who arrived two hours late for her shows held on December 13, 14 and 16 at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, was accused of “false advertising” through a lawsuit filed by two concertgoers, Michael Fellows and Jonathan Hadden, as reported by the TMZ site.

In that case, the plaintiffs, who also targeted the star and the show’s production company, Live Nation, stated that the shows scheduled for 8:30 p.m. did not start until 10:30 p.m.

In the legal documents, they state that the delays constitute a “gratuitous exercise in false advertising, negligent misrepresentation, and unfair and deceptive business practices,” a claim similar to that now made by Lipeles. They also argued that Madonna has a long history of not starting her concerts on time.
