Venezuelan Marjorie de Sousa recently offered an interview to ‘HOLA! AMERICAS!, a moment in which she took the opportunity to tell details of a facet that she is so passionate about: being a mother, since Matías, the son she had with Julián Gil, is now 7 years old and has become one of her greatest inspirations. Furthermore, she also talked about her love life.

“Super good, very excited… I’m in a very nice moment on a personal level. Sometimes it’s hard to say, because you say: ‘If I’m doing well here, maybe I’m not doing well there.’ And no, I believe that yes, one can achieve balance in life. At that stage of my life I have health, which really right now is like a super gain. My son is doing very well, my family is doing very well and on a personal level I am very happy,” she said during the interview.

De Sousa confessed that she is currently not interested in marrying again, since she considers that it is not necessary to be happy. However, she does not rule out the possibility in the future if she finds the right person.

“No, not yet. I have many things to enjoy and the truth is sometimes I feel that that is not everything. I say it’s like a contract you sign… I don’t know if it would be bad luck, I don’t know, mind you. I’m not saying, ‘I’m never going to do it,’ but I think that sometimes when you sign that paper it’s like you’re signing the end. I feel that many colleagues get married and after a year, they lasted a thousand years together, they get married and after a year they divorce,” he added.

In addition, she gave her opinion on what this union that she does not agree with means to her: “I feel that a marriage goes far beyond signing a paper, I feel that a marriage is already made by old souls. And I believe that a marriage is not necessary when things are really going so well for you, you feel fulfilled. That is something that both of you, maybe later, say: ‘Well, I want to do it as a symbol,’ but not as a contract.”

In ‘HELLO! AMERICAS ‘they asked her if she was thinking about giving her son siblings and the Venezuelan was quite clear: “No, for now I am super dedicated to Mati, very proud of my Mati, very focused on him. And yes, it is a lot of responsibility to be a mother. So, my respects to the moms who have many children, because I say: Wow! If I say to one: ‘My God, what do I do?’, dividing yourself into so many things is very complicated.”
