In this Friday’s program on ‘Top Chef VIP 3’, the participants had to face several tests to continue evaluating their abilities in the kitchen. On this occasion, the one who won immunity for next week and the surprise advantage was: Gary Centeno.
It was thought that the Costa Rican would not win the test, because he was complaining while making the preparation because he was missing some ingredients.
“I want to thank my colleagues very much because even though I am from Costa Rica, they let me embrace my country,” said the artist.
In his message after the victory, he sent a message of gratitude to San Carlos, the place where he was raised and which helped him have values in life.
Gary Centeno won immunity this week ‘Top Chef VIP 3’
This reality show has had a fairly intense edition, because in addition to the challenges they have had to face, several controversial situations have been seen that have caused a stir among the Telemundo audience that follows the competition from Monday to Friday.
In the episode that was broadcast this May 31, they had to make a candy bar at the beginning, with the aim of fascinating the palates of a group of children that they invited. But, not everything was so easy, since it had to be with healthy ingredients, so some did not comply with what they were given.
After this, the participants had to make traditional Central American dishes, a challenge for most, since they did not know how to cook these preparations and in some cases they had not even eaten them at least once in their lives.
At this stage everything was defined and it was there where they chose Gary Centeno as the winner of this test.
“First of all we want to congratulate you for preparing a dish that you have never tried,” said chef Belén Alonso, who has been characterized by her unfiltered evaluations of the different contestants.
On Sunday, the celebrities will face a challenge again to continue in the competition. “To find salvation they will have to be faster than luck,” said Carmen Villalobos in the promo for the next episode of the program.
