Sergio Basáñez explained that he decided to start this business of making and selling bone broth due to his interest in healthy eating and nutrition. He assured that his product was of high quality and that it was made by hand, with natural ingredients and without preservatives or additives.
Since he announced his new occupation, the negative comments against him did not stop and after two months he did not hesitate to talk about it during his visit to ‘Ventaneando’: “They criticized me a lot… but that helped me.”
“They said I was bankrupt and that I had my little stall, it made me laugh, it’s just that I was going to the bazaars (…) After all this gossip that was made, well we already placed it in a supermarket, in another supermarket, in a pharmacy and there things go pulling,” he told the presenters of the television program.
“Luckily things are going well for us, he’s just a baby, we’re pushing him to grow, but here we go,” he expressed quite happy with his venture.
The actor also mentioned that bone broth has numerous health benefits, as it is rich in collagen, vitamins and minerals, in addition to helping strengthen the immune system, improve digestion and maintain healthy skin, joints and bones. .
“She told us to try this, it’s very healthy. We started buying it from her because she has a health food store and then another friend, Alejandro Barrios, said ‘Hey, this is very good, why don’t we make it big and sell health to them?’ people and that’s where the idea came from,’” added the renowned soap opera heartthrob.
Negative comments about this venture abound on social networks, Basáñez was proud of his project and claimed to be enjoying this new experience. As an actor, he has participated in numerous soap operas and plays, so this step into the world of gastronomy represents a new challenge in his professional career.
