Five former employees of Sean “Diddy” Combs’ lifestyle and advertising companies, Sean John and Blue Flame, shared their testimonies about the rapper’s erratic behavior, which turned into abuse and a toxic work environment.

The testimonies of these attitudes of the tycoon were revealed to the Daily Beast, who made a compilation related to Combs’ abuse, after a video emerged in recent weeks that revealed attacks by the composer against his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura.

Among the accusations of abuse is that of a woman who recalled an occasion in which she ended up being attacked for not agreeing with an idea by “Diddy.”

“He didn’t like that I didn’t agree with him and he wasn’t interested in hearing my point of view,” he said.

Instead, Combs would have yelled and compared his perspective as if he were a high fashion designer.

“When you talk to me, you should imagine that you are talking to Karl Lagerfeld. “Anything I say, assume it comes from Karl Lagerfeld,” the former employee recalled.

“At that point, I had no answer to that, and he reached out and grabbed my face. He put a hand on either side of my cheeks and says ‘stick your tongue out,’ and then he squeezes my face harder and yells at me to stick my tongue out, putting more force with his hands on my face.”

Among the former employees, another recalled that he was fired for making eye contact with the producer, after expressing his annoyance because the famous person was late for a meeting.

“When people ask me about it, I always tell them it was the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life,” the second former employee said.

Those interviewed agreed that anyone who wanted to keep their job had to see and treat Sean “Diddy” Combs as an idol, while he generated a toxic environment as if he were living in a “Game of Thrones” setting.

These accusations arise in the midst of the legal process that Combs faces for lawsuits in his belt related to cases of sexual abuse and human trafficking.
