It hurt Belinda to become Paola Durante

Belinda admits that the character she plays in the series based on the tragic death of Paco Stanley has been the most complicated she has had to deal with, not only because of the situation she had to portray, but also because of the characterization.

In an interview for journalist Javier Risco’s YouTube channel, the singer acknowledged that having to adapt to the accessories that Paola Durante used at that time was not easy and even caused minor injuries to her face.

“In addition to braces, I had prosthetics. Everything from the top, the bottom, the back so that the face was completely different from mine and it was very difficult to talk. Afterwards I had sores inside my lips for about a month. I was talking and it hurt a lot, it was horrible,” said Belinda.

Finally, the interpreter of “El Sapito” pointed out that she regrets that Paola did not like the way she was portrayed in the series, but assured that she only followed the orders of the writers, producers and directors.

Last year, the singer made it clear that she does not agree with the way in which non-existent love relationships are always invented.

Through her Twitter account, the interpreter of “El Sapito” sent a forceful message to the Mexican reporter Gabriel Cuevas, for example, who replied to what was said in a Spanish television program, in which she demanded that she say things without knowing reality.

“I ask you in the most polite way to stop inventing that they give me cars and other kinds of gifts. No man gave me anything. “I don’t know why they have to say that I’m used to receiving gifts when I always buy my own things and no one is giving me things,” Belinda wrote.
