Currently Sydney Sweeney is one of the most popular actresses, after her participation in the HBO series ‘Euphoria’ she has managed to find other important roles for film and television. Therefore, it is not surprising that she is thinking about starting to build her own real estate portfolio.
Hollywood stars often invest in large properties within the United States or abroad, and for the moment Sweeney has started in his native country. She has recently been informed that she is interested in purchasing a home in Florida.
According to ‘TMZ’, a source close to the actress claims that the property that has attracted her is located on the seafront and even Sweeney has recently been seen in the area. Apparently the purchase is not official but she is in all the necessary conversations to achieve it.
The house is valued at almost $20 million dollars, although that figure is likely to change following the conversations that the actress’s representative team is having with those in charge of the sale.
No photos of the residence have been shared at this time, but ‘TMZ’ says it includes a 7,000-square-foot main house with all the amenities included.
In addition, the property has green areas with a terrace, swimming pool and enough space to rest from the long recording seasons.
Remember that in the summer of last year Sweeney paid $5.9 million dollars for a 4,477-square-foot house in Bel Air, California. Before this purchase she had already invested $3 million dollars in a simpler house in Los Angeles, which she considers her own “Snow White castle.”
In addition to increasing his power among other Hollywood stars, these purchases mean a lot to Sweeney, who has revealed in several interviews that he lived in a very poor environment and had several shortcomings.
His childhood home is located on the border between Washington and Idaho. He once said that it was a house that had passed through five generations of his family.
