One of the lawyers who represented Trump’s Senate candidate Kari Lake in her lawsuit over alleged electoral fraud during the Arizona Governor’s race, in which she was the Republican candidate, will not be able to practice for two months for having lied in the case.

The Arizona State Bar Association suspended the license of Bryan Blehm, who had already been fined for telling the court that there was “irrefutable evidence” that 36,000 ballots were “added” to the results that gave the election victory. Democrat and now governor of Arizona, Katie Hobbs in the 2022 elections.

The difference between Lake and Hobbs was 17,000 votes.

The Arizona Supreme Court had previously determined there was no evidence to support Blehm’s claim.

Lake never acknowledged his defeat to Hobbs and is now a Republican candidate for the Arizona Senate and will face Democratic Congressman Rubén Gallego in next November’s elections.

The congressman aspires to be the first Latino senator from Arizona.

Lake, a faithful follower of former President Donald Trump (2017-2021), has defended the conspiracy theory that there was also electoral fraud in the 2020 presidential elections, when the president was defeated by President Joe Biden.

Arizona, a traditionally conservative state, gave Democrat Biden a historic victory that year.

The suspension against Blehm will begin in a month and then he will be under supervision for a year.

Despite several lawsuits filed, Lake has been unable to prove that voter fraud occurred in his race for governor of Arizona.

An appeal is still pending before the Arizona Supreme Court.
