A few days ago it was said that actress Sydney Sweeney was interested in buying a mansion in Florida, and now it has been reported that the purchase has become official and the 26-year-old American has expanded her real estate portfolio.
Sweeney paid $13.5 million for the large oceanfront mansion, located 30 minutes from Key West. According to ‘Page Six’, the actress and her team managed to get a discount on the place, as it was originally available for $18 million dollars.
At the moment it is not known if she made this purchase alone or if she plans to share this residence with her partner, producer Jonathan Davino.
The exact year of construction of this property is also not known, but it stands out for its quite classic style. It is even likely that the actress will decide to invest more money in a major renovation.
This same residence had been available on the real estate market to rent for $13,000 per month. Without a doubt this will be an option for the actress, who could get more money from this great investment.
The main house has an area of 7,720 square feet distributed in six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, foyer, living room, great room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and other amenities.
The ‘Euphoria’ and ‘Anyone But You’ star will also be able to enjoy luxurious amenities such as a 520-bottle wine room and a 330-gallon aquarium. In addition, there is an elevator, gym and games room. This is the perfect vacation home.
