The renowned boxing promoter Eddie Hearn surprised all his fans with harsh criticism against the fighter Terence Crawford by ensuring that the time has come for him to lose his undefeated record and all the championships he has achieved to date, considering that he left a aside the love for the sport and has only dedicated himself to increasing his ambition to continue adding belts as a professional.

During an interview for Boxing News, the boxing promoter considered that Crawford is already getting old and that despite his desire to remain at the top of world boxing, sooner or later he will be defeated by one of his rivals.

“Every fighter gets old, every fighter moves up a division beyond their capabilities. Can Crawford lose? Israil Madrimov has tremendous footwork, he is elusive, his defense is good, and he hits very, very hard. We know that Crawford is a genius, and that’s why he managed to be undisputed at 140, undisputed at 147, and he wants to be undisputed at 154, but it’s time to break his heart,” he said.

Although Hearn mentioned Israil Madrimov as a figure who could beat Crawford in the ring, he did not make it clear that they are working on negotiations to achieve this fight and make it one of the most attractive of the year.

Terence Crawford is a few months away from turning 36 and has an impressive professional record of 40 victories, of which he has achieved a total of 31 of them by knockout; He has currently emerged as one of the possible opponents of the Mexican Saúl ‘Canelo’ Álvarez due to the great track record that both fighters have.
