A lucky lottery player in San Jose recently won $10 million with a scratch-off ticket, according to the California Lottery.

The man, named Vahidin Arnaut, bought a ticket for the game ‘$10,000,000 Bonus Scratchers’ at the Winchester Shell gas station in the town of San José and won the jackpot.

On the other hand, in the Bay Area, another East Bay scratch card player won a $2 million dollar prize.

Mugdim Dedic hit the jackpot with an Instant Prize Crossword ticket purchased at the Webster 76 gas station in Alameda.

Both stores will receive an additional commission from the California Lottery just for selling the winning tickets.
