An armed man fatally hit his brother and wounded his mother in a house in Queens before running out and shooting himself, New York Police Department (NYPD) sources said.

The two brothers were fighting inside the family’s residence on the block of Richmond Hill around 10:30 p.m. Saturday, authorities said.

As the fight escalated, the 33-year-old older brother pulled out a gun and fired the weapon several times inside the two-story Queens home on 111th St. near 95th Ave., police sources explained.

The shooter’s 27-year-old brother was shot several times throughout his body and died at the scene. His name was not immediately released, Daily News reported.

Paramedics take the 52-year-old mother, who was shot in the torso, to Jamaica Hospital in stable condition.

The perpetrator ran toward 96th Street and 109th Avenue, just over a mile away from Ozone Park, where he allegedly shot himself in the head, the NYPD said.

The officials found him dead, with the gun next to his body.

This bloody crime marks the second homicide in the 102nd District this 2024, in which there were seven murders, last year.
