According to reports, eyewitnesses indicated that the boxer did not resist arrest and collaborated at all times. From the room to the patrol. In this sense, TMZ Sports added that Ryan García’s lawyer, Darin Chávez, reported that the boxer was transferred to a hospital.

The reason? During the arrest she would have been under the influence of alcohol or drugs. This could lead to the charge of public intoxication. It should be noted that in California any damage caused to private property that exceeds $400 is considered a serious crime.

Ryan García in a hurricane of controversies

After the video went viral, García’s manager, Guadalupe Valencia, responded to a request for comment from Boxing Scene and stated that he could not confirm if all the details from the TMZ Sports network were true.

However, he confirmed that a statement in response to the arrest was being worked on. “We don’t have all the information yet,” Valencia wrote to BoxingScene via text message.

Recently, on social media, the boxer confessed that he was not focused due to his mother’s recent diagnosis of breast cancer. After defeating Devin Haney, the 25-year-old promise established himself with a record of 25-1, 20 of them by KO. However, after the fight, he failed an anti-doping test for alleged steroid use, which could keep him out if he was suspended.

In recent months, “King Ry” has had erratic and strange behavior, especially before the fight against Haney at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.
