Just one day after his arrest at a luxurious hotel in Beverly Hills, California, for vandalism, Ryan García shared striking messages on social networks and even compared himself to Britney Spears and Donald Trump in one of them.

Through the social network X, the boxer showed signs of life after being detained at the Waldorf hotel. However, what the tweets did was generate concern and increase uncertainty about the state of their mental health.

“I’m worried. I have to be in this strange hospital and they are trying to give me medicine and they have me waiting for who knows how long, they will determine. Pray for me. God help me,” García began in a clear request for help.

In response to a fan’s response who questioned how he could be tweeting, ‘King Ry’ assured that he always found a way to avoid going to jail. Later, he wrote: “freedom for Ryan.” The boxer continued his flurry of tweets and asked his fans to pray for him.

“Prayer warriors. Please I need prayers, lots of prayers. Prayers can move mountains. Lord Jesus save me,” he expressed.

He then compared himself to Donald Trump and Britney Spears. “How funny that both Trump and I are in jail. I don’t know if he is in jail, but I know he was convicted. “This sucks, but I love Jesus, I will be fine,” he wrote.

I feel like I’m Ryan Spears. Also known as Britney Spears. This sucks. I never hurt anyone. I’ve just loved everyone, prayed for people. And I try to make a change in this cruel world. I love you, Christ, Jesus, Amen,” she continued.

According to BoxingScene, Ryan García’s legal team spoke out 24 hours after the arrest in which the boxer was seen shirtless, handcuffed and covered. It was through a statement where lawyer Darín Chávez asked that the fighter’s privacy be respected.

He also noted that ‘King Ry’ is going through a difficult personal situation upon learning of his mother’s illness, who suffers from cancer. In this sense, the lawyer specified that the Californian will receive help and attention.

Release

“We are aware of the recent arrest. This comes at an extraordinarily challenging time for Ryan, as he has been dealing with devastating news about his mother’s health. First and foremost, we urge everyone to respect Ryan’s privacy during this difficult period. Ryan has been open about his struggles with mental health over the years and right now he is dealing with an immense emotional burden. The support and understanding of fans and the public is crucial as he navigates these personal challenges,” the letter reads.

“We are working diligently to provide Ryan with the resources he needs. Our team is committed to ensuring he receives the appropriate help and care to address his immediate and long-term well-being. “We ask for continued support and compassion as Ryan focuses on his family and his health at this time,” he concluded.

At just 25 years old, García impressed everyone after defeating Devin Haney, champion of the World Boxing Council (WBC). The Mexican-American has a record of 25 wins (20 by knockout) and one setback in his professional career.
