Actor Chris Pratt and his wife, writer Katherine Schwarzenegger, have failed to sell the mansion in Pacific Palisades, California, which they have owned for six years.

Pratt and Schwarzenegger put this property up for sale in August of last year for $32 million. The lack of interested parties has made the couple decide to lower the cost of the property to $25.49 million dollars.

Without a doubt this must be a blow for the couple, since they spent a lot of time and money building this residence from scratch. The couple bought the place in 2018 for $15.6 million dollars but immediately decided to demolish the existing house and start a new project. It is not known exactly how much money they invested in its construction.

Remember that the house was shown through an episode of the Netflix show ‘Get Organized With the Home Edit’. It is known that the couple moved to the place in 2021, the year in which the residence was completed.

The main house spans 12,900 square feet across six bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, foyer, living room, great room, theater room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, spa, golf simulator and other amenities.

One of its greatest characteristics is modernity, which ranges from its style to its security and quality of life systems. Of the interior, mention should be made of its large windows, French doors, five fireplaces, hardwood floors and more.

The best part is that from almost the entire property you have a stunning view of the mountains of the Los Padres National Forest, Santa Monica Bay and Catalina Island.

In addition to the main house there is a garage with capacity for several vehicles and a pool house with everything you need.

Outside there are extensive green areas with a terrace, salt water pool, fire pit, spa area, barbecue area and other spaces ideal for enjoying the outdoors.
