Venezuelan striker José Salomón Rondón was nominated as a contender for the Ballon d’Or of the MX League, a competition in which he has stood out since his arrival at Pachuca
As reported by TUDN, Liga MX revealed this Monday the nominees for each position on the playing field, and the winners will be announced soon.
On the list of candidates, two players are selected (one for each tournament: Apertura and Clausura) to determine who will win the prestigious Mexican soccer award.
It should be remembered that Salomón Rondón established himself as the main figure of the Tuzos del Pachuca during the Clausura 2024 tournament, scoring eight goals and providing two assists in 17 games.
Thanks to his performance, he won the Golden Boot award in a four-way tie as the competition’s top scorer.
