In the midst of controversy, Justin Timberlake has managed to sell his large ranch outside of Nashville, Tennessee. It was recently reported that he managed to sell the place for $8 million dollars, which is a reduction of $2 million dollars.

Timberlake put this ranch up for sale in August of last year for $10 million dollars, and although it is not what he initially expected to receive, it can be considered an achievement if you take into account what it has cost other celebrities to sell properties in other cities in the United States.

On the other hand, the figure he obtained is still more than the $4 million that the singer, actor, producer and businessman paid for the place in 2015. Timberlake bought the property from philanthropist Aubrey Preston.

According to ‘Mansion Global’, the sale of the ranch occurred a few weeks before Timberlake was arrested in New York for driving while intoxicated. At the moment the identity of the new owner is unknown, although it is known that the purchase was made through an LLC.

The same specialized media assures that Nashville is in a great moment, so its real estate market is in motion.

The large property that has just been sold occupies a lot of almost 127 acres and the new owner will not be able to get much inspiration if his intentions are to build, since it is located in an area protected from development.

It is located very close to Leiper’s Fork, a town with which the Nashville native has always been connected. It is said that he has some businesses and also participates in the development of different cultural events for the community.

There is no access to photos of the place.
