Cuban Niurka Marcos expressed her discontent with the way the production of the ‘Adventuress’ play has been handled, pointing out that the lack of attention to details and the absence of quality in the staging are evident. Furthermore, she stated that the lack of respect towards the cast and the public is something that cannot be overlooked and she sent a message to Juan Osorio.
“If Carmelita Salinas wakes up and sees that, she goes back out of sheer anger, but not without first mentalizing her mother. You cannot honor a queen with something so dull, so simple… with so many actresses, extraordinary comedians that we have in Mexico, dear,” she expressed through the camera’s social network.
The actress criticized the choice of the cast and the approach given to the work, ensuring that it does not reflect the essence and energy that characterize ‘Aventurera’. In this sense, Marcos expressed her desire for changes to be made in the production to improve the experience of the spectators and dignify the work of the actors.
“Currently, the cast can be very successful in their role, but they do not respond to the demands of Aventurera and do not fill the roles,” he added in the aforementioned application.
Finally, the actress urged Juan Osorio to take into account the opinions and suggestions of the cast and the public to achieve a version of “Aventurera” that is more successful and respectful of the original work.
“Juan, you are not King Midas, the talent has to be there, the audience can never be underestimated,” he told his former romantic partner.
For the star, the production lacks the passion and intensity that characterize the original work, and she believes that Osorio has left out some key elements that make “Aventurera” a classic of Mexican theater. In addition, the actress expressed her discontent with the choice of the cast and the development of the plot, ensuring that this version fails to capture the essence and strength of the original story.
