Venezuelan presenter Carolina Sandoval has decided that it is time to get rid of her home in Miami, Florida. She has even reported on her decision to sell her residence on her own Instagram account.
Sandoval made the announcement in conjunction with the account of the television program ‘Sientese who can’. He wrote: “I have some super exciting news to share with you. After much reflection, I have decided to sell my current home. “I know it may sound surprising, but I want to tell you the wonderful reasons behind this decision.”
The publication was accompanied by a video in which he tours part of the property and gives details about the residence. It must be remembered that Sandoval moved to this house in June 2022 and immediately began a renovation process to adapt the place to his taste.
The entire renovation process was shown on their social networks.
It must be remembered that in recent months Sandoval has been living between Miami and Madrid, Spain, but it seems that his frequent trips to the Spanish capital have nothing to do with his decision.
She explained: “First, I am very excited about the possibility of moving closer to the places I always hang out and to continue evolving. “This decision also represents an incredible business opportunity for our family and a new chapter in our history.”
The property for sale is located in Miami-Dade County, was built in the 1970s and occupies a 0.34 acre lot.
The main house has an area of 3,318 distributed on a single floor with four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, one half bathroom, hallway, living room, great room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and other amenities.
Sandoval was in charge of renovating the master bedroom and also the kitchen.
Outside there are green areas with a terrace, swimming pool and enough space to enjoy the outdoors with family or friends.
