Two men were arrested by Pennsylvania State Police, allegedly responsible for kidnapping four women who locked them in a shipping container, in addition to sexually abusing two of them. The victims were rescued in Smithfield Township, Monroe County.

Authorities said the suspects were identified as Davaun Carlon Jackson, 29, and Isaiah Rogers-Keeney, 19, who are charged with several crimes, after discovering the kidnapping and abuse of four women, whose identities were not revealed.

The suspected kidnappers were arrested at the Walmart supermarket in Mount Pocono in Monroe County. They were on Route 33 in a Ford pickup truck with two of the victims.

They forced the women into a van

State Police reported that Jackson and Rogers first forced two women who witnessed a shooting into a pickup truck. When the victims went up, two others were already there, including a 17-year-old.

The four women were taken to a property Jackson owns in Smithfield Township, where they were placed in the shipping container.

He sexually abused two victims

Three of the victims were tied up with rope and threatened with death as he walked around with an axe, a chainsaw and a sledgehammer. Jackson then allegedly sexually assaulted two of them, police confirmed.

The next day, two victims were trapped in the shipping container and were rescued by police. The other two young women forced them to accompany them precisely to the place where they were arrested.

Davaun Carlon Jackson and Isaiah Rogers-Keeney are charged with the crimes of kidnapping a minor, rape, involuntary servitude and strangulation, according to online court records published by News 10 Philadelphia.

No right to bail

Both Jackson and Rogers-Keeney were denied bail due to the “extremely violent crime” they are accused of. Both are in the Monroe County Jail.

The Pennsylvania State Police is asking anyone who may know anything about this incident to contact Trooper Brittany Cutro at the Pennsylvania State Police Stroudsburg Station at 570-619-6800 or bcutro@pa.gov.
