Brazilian actress Julia Gama has become an expert in reality shows and that is why there is talk of the possibility of her being part of ‘The Island: Desafío Extremo’, which the Telemundo network is preparing for July.
The rumors were fueled by a video that the former beauty queen shared on her Instagram account, in which she spoke, without revealing a name, about a new project that she is about to take on.
“Well, let me tell you that I also have very little time to organize details for a new project that you will soon know what it is. “I am very excited, it will be very challenging,” she said.
With this message, she raised the possibility of taking part in this competition, for which other names such as Alana Lliteras and La Bebeshita have already been mentioned.
On this occasion, a group of famous and unknown people will live on an island in Turkey and will have a series of challenges in which survival will be one of the main objectives.
The show, in which $200,000 will be awarded to the first place winner, will be hosted by Javier Poza, who last week shared some details with the program ‘Hoy Día’.
“We are not only going to be in one place, in one location, we are going to be living in different environments with what this implies and this is going to be constantly challenging them,” said the Mexican.
Julia Gama, single and with new projects
A few days ago, the former beauty queen’s separation from Mexican actor Rafael Nieves was confirmed.
In a conversation with Telemundo, the former contestant of ‘La Casa de los Famosos 2’ commented: “This love really doesn’t end, Rafa still has all my love, admiration and affection. He knows that wherever, whenever, he can always count on me, but I feel that in a relationship you also have to understand that sometimes it’s better for both of us to go our separate ways, at least at this moment.”
She also said: “I never close myself off from anything, but right now I feel like I prefer to preserve this love, this affection that we have and (avoid) things that we cannot resolve now from damaging it.”
Julia Gama, despite the sentimental moment she is going through, has had recent recent experiences in her career such as her role in ‘El Señor de los Cielos 9’ with the character ‘La Malosita’ and now probably with her participation in the new reality show Telemundo.
