Cuban actress Lis Vega has spoken about one of the hot topics of the moment: Irina Baeva’s premiere as ‘Aventurera’, the classic Mexican theatre film for which the Russian actress has received some negative comments.
Known for her sensuality and agility in dancing, the artist made some comments about this situation that has generated controversy on networks, since some feel that Gabriel Soto’s girlfriend has not met expectations.
First, Lis commented: “We have all started crawling, then we walk, and then we run. She is going to prepare, this will help her to get more ahead and defend her character more. I have faith that the tables of doing things and rehearsing is what makes excellence.”
She then said: “She is a super cute girl and you have to give her a chance, I mean, you are playing a magnanimous character and I would have been nervous and after the great ones that have been in ‘Aventurera’ it is normal that the public and many people who have already seen it, obviously make the comparison.”
She also wanted to give some advice to the star of successful soap operas, who now stars in this successful production: “She has to be sure of herself and I know that with time and with everyone involved, they will do very well, better.”
Prior to this, Lis Vega spoke about Niurka Marcos, whom she praised for her work as a vedette. “I thank her very much because as I say, she is the mother of the vedettes and I greatly appreciate that she supports me, that she trusts in my work because I have never expressed myself badly about Niurka and I have always respected her manner. On the contrary, my admiration for her and what a great artist she is, especially a star, seems to me to be one of the most complete of her, because of what she represents in this country.”
Lis Vega’s message comes after Niurka Marcos’ statements about Irina Baeva, who is taking on a role that was already played by the ‘Scandal Woman’, as she is also known in the entertainment world.
