Puerto Rican journalist María Celeste Arrarás responded to a follower who told her that she looked happier after the death of her partner Raúl Quintero.
The former host of ‘Al Rojo Vivo’, a program broadcast by Telemundo, posted some photos on her Instagram account enjoying a vacation.
These pictures were an opportunity for some of her followers to give their opinion. However, there was one opinion in particular that made her angry: “You look happier since your boyfriend died.”
In response to the comment, María Celeste Arrarás responded: “What basis do you have to make such an unfortunate comment? It is very easy to comment without knowing.”
This situation generated other messages, such as that of a user who supported María Celeste for the way she was criticized: “How disgusting for your ill-intentioned out-of-place comment. Respect other people’s pain. Do you think you will be the only one not to lose a loved one? “You lack a lot of empathy because you lack feelings and an empty soul.”
On May 2, the Puerto Rican woman shared this devastating news on her Instagram account, which took her by surprise while she was in Spain.
In the post, she said: “It is with deep sadness that I share the sudden death of my partner, Raúl, who passed away from a massive heart attack while exercising. It is incredible how such a positive and full of life person, a person who gave us so much… has left us from one moment to the next. It is difficult to take in. This is, without a doubt, my most painful post. We miss him already!”
A few weeks ago he also shared a photograph of a mass he did in honor of his love: “Thank you to all of you, friends and family, who came to accompany us to the mass to remember our beloved Raúl Enrique. It was very special. And to you who follow me… I thank you for your messages of encouragement that I am reading one by one.”
Despite the difficult times, María Celeste Arrarás has tried to find a way to get her life back on track, which means not going through difficult times due to the loss she suffered.
