Neyson Estela Cabrera, a 20-year-old Peruvian-born resident of New Rochelle (NY), has been missing since Friday afternoon, when he allegedly left for New York City.
On June 28 at approximately 5 p.m. Estela was seen riding a bicycle off Pleasant Street in New Rochelle. His family said he was acting paranoid at the time and told his brother that people were following him, according to authorities.
The young man had also posted messages on social media saying goodbye to his family. He is described as being 5’7″ tall and weighing 136 pounds.
The next day, on Saturday, he was seen in the area of Pier 84, near W. 46th St. and 12th Ave. in Manhattan. That time he was seen running north after removing his backpack and shirt, he said. Patch.com. Since then, his whereabouts are unknown.
