Actor Fernando Colunga continues to accompany the Hispanic public with his participation in telenovelas. A few days ago he premiered the telenovela ‘El Conde: Amor y Honor’, a new story from Telemundo where he plays Joaquín de Montenegro.
To promote the telenovela, Colunga and the rest of the cast members toured the set of the fictional mansion inhabited by the protagonist of ‘El Conde: Amor y Honor’.
Although in the soap opera it seems that the property is a real mansion, the truth is that it has been set up as a film set. It was precisely through these spaces that the actors made the tour. It should be remembered that ‘The Count: Love and Honor’ is an adaptation of ‘The Count of Monte Cristo’, a classic novel written by Alexandre Dumas, originally published in 1846.
The tour was shared on Telemundo’s YouTube channel. At the start, Colunga said: “Friends, how are you? This is the house of Joaquín de Montenegro, El Conde,” he continued, “Here we have this mansion that is spectacular, my colleagues getting ready.” In addition to Colunga, the tour was also led by Alejandro Ávila, Luisa Galindo and Marjorie de Sousa.
During the tour, they focused on the spaces that will have the most relevance during the story. The video began in what appears to be a large entrance hall with double stairs, then moved on to the main room, the office, some hallways, and the dining room.
All the spaces are designed to convey the essence of a multimillionaire’s house.
There are other properties that are also part of the story, and they are shown in the same video. De Sousa was in charge of showing the Hacienda Gallardo, which is an important part of her character, Cayetana Carrá.
The scenes at Hacienda Gallardo were filmed on a real estate, where weddings and other events are often held.
