The Euro 2024 tournament in Germany has provided several unusual moments throughout the tournament. The latest occurred a few days ago in the clash between the Netherlands and Romania in the round of 16. A player from the Netherlands ended up being recorded live as God brought him into the world.

The British broadcaster BBC was given access to the changing rooms and during a live broadcast inside the Dutch dressing rooms they began to show how the players were preparing. In one of the shots, the moment in which a footballer pulled down his underwear and exposed his rear end was accidentally recorded.

The footage lasted only a few seconds, but did not go unnoticed by the viewers. The identity of the player has not been identified. Although the BBC was able to cut the image when they realised, fans on social networks began to spread the clip.

Reactions

The clip posted on X has nearly 60,000 views and has generated humorous reactions and comments. “I’m not sure the BBC should be filming in the Dutch changing room unless they specifically want Dutch buttocks in the background”; “Could you see their Netherlands?” were some of the reactions.

Euro 2024 is already reaching its climax. The round of 16 was closed with the Netherlands. The quarter-finals will begin this Friday with two matches per day.
