Actress Anna Paquin has been unable to sell her Venice, California, home that was listed a few months ago for $8 million. The lack of interested parties led to the price being lowered to $7 million.

This is not the first time that Paquin and her real estate team have had to decide to lower the price of the property. The first time this house was put up for sale was in 2020, at which time it was expected to fetch almost $14 million.

Although she has had to lower her expectations, the $7 million she is now asking is still more than the $1.23 million she paid for the place in 2010.

The Oscar-winning actress might be expected to make thousands of dollars, but the price of the property has increased over the past 20 years due to a renovation project that Paquin made to the property, which she invested a lot of money in. This renovation project was carried out by architect David Hertz and was completed in 2017.

The residence is currently also available for rent for $25,000 per month.

This property includes a 7,342 square foot house spread over two floors with five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, foyer, living room, great room, dining room, kitchen, bar, laundry room, gym, office and other amenities.

One of the most impressive spaces is its gourmet kitchen, which includes a large central island and high-end appliances.

Also worth highlighting are its large windows, which offer good views of the outside and also make it well lit inside.

The property includes terraces and outdoor areas with a swimming pool, spa area, dining room, fire pit and other spaces ideal for enjoying the outdoors with family or friends.
