After Irina Baeva has been the subject of criticism and diverse opinions for her performance in the play ‘Aventurera’, this Thursday it was announced that producer Juan Osorio made the decision to remove the actress of Russian origin from the role, assuring that on July 18 he will reveal who will be the new celebrity who will take the baton of the show.
It was through Televisa’s Instagram account where Osorio’s decision was reported.
“Producer Juan Osorio said that the new “Aventurera” will be announced on July 18,” the message reads.
The comments against Irina Baeva have been very cruel
Apparently, Irina Baeva’s performance in the production of “Aventurera” was not to the liking of the people, this was reflected in all kinds of cruel comments towards the actress that Internet users made known on social networks.
“Nothing to do with the other adventurers, what a shame they didn’t know how to choose”, “At least a few dance classes, she’s not funny, she dances very badly”, “The Russians have no rhythm and are colder than ice, so many Latin actresses in Mexico and they grab one who is only blonde and young”, “No charisma or dance”, “She doesn’t dance, she doesn’t act. She doesn’t sing, she’s to cry”, “Without any grace, she doesn’t feel the music. Who thought of putting her in it”, were some of the messages.
It is worth mentioning that even some personalities from the entertainment world have also openly stated that the Russian was not “up to the task” of the role of ‘Elena Tejero’.
“I hope this gets better, I personally didn’t like it, it bored me a lot,” was the comment made by journalist Gustavo Adolfo.
Niurka Marcos also lashed out in her own style against the production, the choreographer and the Russian actress: “Irina is not a showgirl, no… do you dance?” she said.
“Aventurera” has had great participation from famous people such as the late Edith González, Itatí Cantoral, Adriana Fonseca and Niurka Marcos herself.
The public’s expectations for the 2024 production were high, as it had been said that Irina was undergoing arduous dance and singing training to live up to the character.
