New York authorities on Sunday released surveillance images of two suspects wanted for questioning in the fatal stabbing of a cook in Manhattan last week.

The victim, identified as Mateo Solis Tlalpachitoc, 20, was celebrating his wife’s birthday at the Taco Inn restaurant on St. in Washington Heights around 3 a.m. Tuesday when the two men approached his table, the victim’s brother said.

Words were exchanged and Tlalpachitoc left his wife and walked out the back door, the Daily News reported.

The two suspects then exited the front of the restaurant and confronted each other outside. The victim tried to walk away, according to his brother, but one of the suspects fatally stabbed him in the back.
