The group, famous for songs such as “Oye Mi Amor” and “Rayando el Sol,” managed to sell out in London by gathering more than 10,000 spectators at the closing of the European leg of their “México Lindo y Querido Tour.”

“After 40 years of dreaming about it, we are here in the capital of England, London. Tonight we are going to play in an amazing place called Wembley Arena with sold-out seats. We share it with all Mexicans and Latin Americans from our hearts,” expressed Fher Olvera in a video that the Mexicans uploaded to their Instagram account, prior to their performance.

“Incredible, 10,000 people. First time playing in London, a dream come true. History is being made tonight,” added Alex Gonzalez.

With this closing, Maná recorded 12 concerts and more than 170,000 fans gathered for their music in the old continent, according to data offered through a statement.

Without a doubt, Maná managed to awaken many emotions and made the audience jump when they performed their main hits in the London venue, among which stood out “Vivir sin aire”, “Rayando el sol”, “Mariposa traicionera”, “Labios compartidas”, ‘De pies a cabeza’, ‘Oye mi amor’, “Clavado en un bar”, “Dónde jugarán los niños”, among others.

For Maná, being able to bring their music to Wembley meant realising a childhood dream of its members, as it is one of the stages where great music stars such as Queen, The Rolling Stones, The Beatles and David Bowie have performed.

It is worth mentioning that after the success in Europe, Maná will return to Mexico in October to continue their tour. The group will offer concerts in different parts of the country. In addition to Mexico City, their tour includes the states of Querétaro, Mérida, Monterrey and Guadalajara.
