A few days ago, Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck caught the attention of the media because they spent their second wedding anniversary apart. The couple, who rekindled their romance with great enthusiasm in 2022, once again surprised everyone by staying away from each other on such an important date.

As revealed by People magazine, while Jennifer Lopez was caught by the paparazzi enjoying a few days of relaxation and rest in the Hamptons, New York, Ben Affleck was seen entering her office in Los Angeles wearing a grey business suit and his wedding ring. This divergence in their plans not to commemorate such a special day together has generated more speculation about the apparent bad state of their relationship.
Let’s remember that the couple, affectionately known as “Bennifer” by their followers, have not been seen enjoying happy romantic moments together for some time, so their decision not to celebrate their wedding anniversary has increased questions about an impending divorce.
It should be noted that a year ago, the relationship between the celebrities was all honey on flakes. On that occasion, Jennifer Lopez shared photos of her wedding with Ben Affleck and a message on her Instagram account to celebrate their first anniversary.
“One year ago today… Dear Ben, sitting here just looking at my ring I feel overwhelmed, it makes me want to sing. How did we end up here without a rewind? Oh my God! This is my life…”, the singer wrote at the bottom of the cards.
Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck decided to tie the knot in July 2022 in an intimate ceremony held in Las Vegas. Weeks later, in August, they held a second celebration in Georgia, attended by family and close friends of the couple.
Jennifer and Ben’s wedding marked a second chance for the romantic bond they had almost 20 years ago, through the romance they experienced from 2002 to 2004.
