What to do if you don’t receive your SNAP coupons on the expected date?
1. Contact your state SNAP office: report the problem and check the status of your benefits.
2. Check your EBT card: If you have not received your EBT card within 7-10 days of SNAP approval, contact the office to confirm delivery.
3. Report a lost or stolen card: If your EBT card is lost or stolen, report it immediately to deactivate it and get a new one.
4. Suspected fraud: If you notice unauthorized transactions, contact customer service immediately to dispute the transactions and request an investigation.
5. Urgent Assistance: If you need urgent food assistance while you resolve a payment issue, let your caseworker know to see if you qualify for expedited benefits within 7 days.
