Although she follows a strict diet and exercise regimen, Thalía is honest and admits that she does indulge herself sometimes; however, she reveals that she found a way to make them much healthier.

Through her Instagram account, the singer shared with her followers a recipe for golden chicken tacos, but instead of coating them in oil, she prepared them in the air fryer so that they can feel less guilty when eating them.
“Who says you can’t eat flautas when you’re on a diet? Of course you can! We’re going to make them in the air fryer with a little bit of spray oil so it’s not so greasy and we only need shredded chicken for the filling. For the sauce we’re going to use tomato, onion, jalapeño pepper, cilantro, garlic, salt and olive oil. We also have to make a little guacamolio. We put them in for about eight minutes at 400 degrees and they’re ready to eat,” said Thalía.
As expected, fans of the singer of “Amor A La Mexicana” filled the post with positive comments and let her know that they are eagerly awaiting new recipes cooked in her peculiar style, just as happened a few weeks ago when she started cooking roasted corn.

The singer posted a video on her Tik Tok account, after the rumors that were triggered at the Latin American Music Awards, in which she flatly denied that she had fought with the interpreter of “Mayores” for wearing an outfit very similar to hers and asked Internet users not to be making up unfounded gossip.
“Becky and I were talking about our performances. She was telling us that she hadn’t tried on the shoes she wore in her performance at the rehearsal and, mind you, the floor was slippery and she was telling us that, so I told her that’s why I always rehearse with the shoes I’m going to sing in. That’s all, don’t be gossipmongers or slanderers,” said Thalía.
