A house in West Hollywood, California, that for more than 10 years belonged to actor Robert Duvall and his partner Luciana Pedraza is currently available on the real estate market. The house is priced at $1.99 million.
The current sale price is not far from the $1.7 million that Duvall, considered one of the best actors in Hollywood history, received for the place when he sold it in 2018. It should be remembered that the actor bought the residence in 2005 for $975,000.
During the 13 years that Duvall lived there, he undertook a thorough renovation, which means that the property, built in the 1920s, remains in good condition and with an updated style. The structure is notable for its creamy stucco walls and terracotta roof.
The listing agents are David Yadegaran, Somaye Bahmanabadi and Davis Saadian, all of Carolwood Estates. In the listing, they write: “With celebrity pedigree and designer finishes, ‘The Dove House’ presents a fairytale Spanish home in the heart of Norma Triangle, with Mediterranean influences throughout.”
It must be said that Duvall’s home for more than 10 years was not exactly a grand mansion like those of other Hollywood stars. The house has an area of just 1,180 square feet distributed in two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a hall, a living room, a main room, a dining room, a kitchen, a laundry room and other amenities.
The interior is notable for its arched doorways, large windows, white oak floors, French doors and more. The kitchen is equipped with Fisher & Paykel appliances that match the cream-colored cabinets.
In addition to the main house there is a garage with capacity for one vehicle and parking space for another vehicle.
Outside there are green areas with a terrace, a heated pool and enough space to enjoy the outdoors with family or friends.
