Andrés Tovar denies that his wife Maite Perroni is pregnant

Maite Perroni has been facing pregnancy rumors for days now. For this reason, her husband Andrés Tovar explained that they are focused on enjoying raising Lía and their respective careers as much as possible. Although they do not rule out the possibility of expanding the family in the future, for the moment they prefer to concentrate on their daughter and their work, so she made it clear that she is not expecting another baby.

“We thank you for all your good wishes and blessings, but no. It’s not true, we are not pregnant. As soon as it is, we will tell you. But not for now,” she began by saying exclusively for the television program ‘Ventaneando’.

The television producer did not hesitate to stress that they are not seeking the doctor’s authorization to make it public in 90 days: “We are not waiting for a month or three months. Nothing. Not at the moment.”

Andrés also saw fit to mention that this is not the first time they have faced this type of scandal, as it happened once because of a postcard they took of the Mexican singer: “Last time, I remember that a paparazzi said that he found her and took photos of her. Taking into account that publication, my daughter was born in mid-May, she would have been born at 10 and a half months.”

However, neither he nor Maite are against having only a few members with them; on the contrary, they want their little girl to have siblings in the future: “We would like Lía to grow up with someone else. To grow the family. We are happy with her. Of course we are.”

Tovar added that the 41-year-old actress is not undergoing medical treatment to get pregnant again: “We are letting God and life do their thing. We are not undergoing any kind of procedure. I hope that is the case and that it is what God wants.”

Regarding the legal process that is being carried out in the United States against former manager Guillermo Rosas, he did not want to reveal further details of the circumstances that are being recorded: “For the moment we have decided not to make any statement or comment on the matter in order to respect that process.”
