American actress Elizabeth Hubbard lived in a house in Roxbury, Connecticut, from the 1990s until her death last year. It has now entered the real estate market for $1.45 million.
Following Hubbard’s death in April 2023, the property passed into the hands of his son Jeremy Bennett, who waited more than a year to put the residence on the market. The person in charge of finding a new owner for the residence is agent Jill Sloane, part of the Brown Harris Stevens agency.
The agent promotes the property with the following text: “This home perfectly combines modern amenities with classic charm, offering privacy and convenience.”
This house was built in the 1960s and sits on a 2.1-acre lot. It is known that during the years that Hubbard owned the place, he took care of making renovations and maintenance to the place that have managed to keep it in good condition.
Among the renovations carried out on the premises is the addition of a studio designed by Haver and Skolnick Architects. This space can be adapted to the needs of the owner.
The main house has an area of 4,572 square feet distributed in four bedrooms, three bathrooms, hall, living room, great room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, sauna and other amenities.
Thanks to the photos shared by Sloane on the website, we know that the property is empty. Its interiors include hardwood floors, large windows, built-in closets and more.
In addition to the main house there is a garage with capacity for two vehicles.
Outside there are green areas with a terrace, swimming pool, spa area, dining room and other spaces ideal for enjoying the outdoors with family or friends.
