Rapper Chris Brown has been sued for $50 million after allegedly beating four fans who attended his performance in Texas over the weekend. The plaintiffs are also seeking a temporary restraining order against all defendants.

According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, Larry Parker, Joseph Lewis, Charles Bush and Da Marcus Powell filed a complaint in Harris County against the singer, promoter Live Nation and other members of his team, Sinko Ceej, Hood Boss and Yella Beezy.

Brown and his crew allegedly severely beat the plaintiffs after the singer’s performance on Friday as part of his “11:11 Tour” at Dickies Arena in Ft. Worth, Texas.

The team of the “No One Else” singer invited the four men backstage, to the VIP area, where he would be after the concert along with 40 other women. However, Rihanna’s ex-boyfriend reportedly took half an hour to arrive and people began to leave.

Before leaving, Bush approached Brown to congratulate him on the performance, prompting a member of the singer’s entourage to remind him that the two had had problems before.

Brown reportedly said: “Oh, yeah, we had it. What’s up, black? I don’t forget nothin’.”

The lawsuit claims Brown and seven to 10 members of his entourage proceeded to assault Bush, punching him in the chest, and alleges one man, known as the Hood Boss, picked up a chair and threw it at Bush’s head.

Parker, who tried to escape via a staircase leading to a locked door, was punched in the face, chest and kicked in the head for more than 10 minutes, at the artist’s direction.

Powell was punched in the shoulder, while Lewis was hit in the arm and chest. All plaintiffs were injured and are receiving medical treatment.

This is why fans sued the singer for assault, gross negligence and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

“No one should have to endure what these customers endured. We will seek the maximum amount of damages allowed by law for this egregious conduct,” the plaintiffs’ attorney, Tony Buzbee, told Variety.
