The group of entertainers Joel Madden and Nicole Richie wants to get rid of a house in Beverly Hills, California, that they bought just three years ago. The property is currently available for $12.95 million, according to ‘Realtor.com’.

This residence enters the real estate market shortly after actress Cameron Diaz and her partner Benji Madden put their house in the same area on the market for $17.8 million. It should be noted that Benji Madden and Joel Madden are twin brothers.

Joel and Nicole, known for being Lionel Richie’s daughter, are known to have purchased this house in 2021 for $10.15 million. It is currently unclear who the agent in charge of selling the residence is.

The agency that sold the property to the couple three years ago says the home “rethinks the timelessness of a traditional European aesthetic, where old and new create a sophisticated harmony of juxtaposition.” The property was built in the 1980s, but has undergone renovations over the past decade that keep the place looking good and up-to-date.

The main house has an area of 6,000 square feet distributed in four bedrooms, five bathrooms, hall, living room, great room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and other amenities.

Highlights of the interior include a double-height foyer, striking spiral staircase, wide-plank oak floors, arched windows, custom moldings and hand-applied whitewash paint. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances and marble countertops.

The master bedroom has its own sitting area and garden terrace, as well as a spa-like bathroom equipped with everything you need.

Outside there are green areas with a terrace, dining room, swimming pool, spa area, fireplace and other spaces ideal for enjoying the outdoors with family or friends.
