Brazilian model Julia Gama posted a message on her Instagram account in which she talked about how much she liked Turkey, the country where she is participating in the reality show ‘La Isla: Desafío Extremo’.
On her Instagram account, the former beauty queen shared details of her experience in the country and what she liked most.
“Ah Turkey, I love you! I feel so happy and blessed to live this great experience of my life here. Every detail of Istanbul fascinates!” she wrote.
Later, she commented: “To think that I studied so much about this place at school and now I am here. In this city where history was made, which was formerly known as Constantinople, which was the capital of the Roman, Byzantine and Ottoman empires! To know that it is the only one in the world located on two different continents, is impressive.”
The artist said that the geographical location of this country is another thing she likes. “Now, actually living the experience of crossing from Asia to Europe in a few minutes is magical! Obviously, trying all the flavors full of culture and tradition is my favorite part! But it is the omnipresent cats in the city that won my heart,” she added.

On her Instagram account, the Brazilian uploaded another post in which she talked about the cats she has seen on the streets of the country.
“If I stay in Turkey and don’t come back, you already know why! On the streets, in restaurants, in mosques, in hotels: in every corner of Istanbul you will find a beautiful cat (or many) ready to welcome and give you love! Here, stray cats are cared for as if they were everyone’s responsibility. They are sacred. You see them being well cared for and fed and they are very sweet. It’s the best… and that’s how I spend my days here, from cat to cat!” she wrote in another post.
