Venezuelan model Alexandra Méndez, also known as “La Chama,” recently revealed the occasion when she rejected Latin superstar Bad Bunny because she was unaware of his career.

During her most recent conversation on the Gran Hermano program, in which she participates, the presenter also revealed that she was hired to liven up a concert by the interpreter of “Tití Me Preguntó” in Peru, a few years ago.

However, according to Méndez, the Puerto Rican singer did not have the fame and significance he has today, so he was not aware of his career and who he was.

I animated the concert and introduced it, but I didn’t know a single Bad Bunny song, not one.”

In the same story, the Venezuelan said that she remained close to the actor and his team even without knowing him: “I traveled with that whole group, him and about fifteen other people… All Puerto Rican or from the Dominican Republic, I don’t know where they were from… And I was the only woman.”

For the above, and at the end of the event that Kendall Jenner’s current boyfriend gave at that time in Peru, he approached her to ask for her number, to which the South American said no because she did not really know him.

And Bad Bunny asked me for my number… and I didn’t give it to him. It seemed like a joke to me, since I didn’t know him.”

Despite the above, and knowing about the Puerto Rican’s current career, Alexandra Méndez mentioned that she now “loves” Bad Bunny.

This is not the first time that a South American entertainment personality has revealed an alleged approach from Bad Bunny. Months ago, Colombian presenter Lina Tejeiro also revealed that the singer of “Mónaco” tried to contact her through her Instagram account.

According to Tejeiro, known for her participation in the program “La Casa de los Famosos”, she mentioned that she was very surprised to see the words of the Latin artist. However, and unfortunately for the South American, she noticed the message a year after the Puerto Rican sent it, this because she did not receive the notification from Instagram.

Despite the above, the presenter mentioned that once she saw Bad Bunny’s message she decided not to answer because she considered that the Latin model “is not her type and she doesn’t like him either.”
