Actor Nick Zano has scored a big win with the sale of his home in Monte Nido, California. The property sold just a couple of months after it hit the real estate market.
The property was listed for $3.25 million but ultimately sold for $3.1 million. While that’s less than his initial asking price, it’s still more than the $1.6 million he paid for the place in 2018.
It should also be noted that Zano managed to recoup part of the investment in this house by putting the place up for rent; in 2020 it was available for $15,500 dollars per month, according to ‘Realtor.com’.
It is worth noting how quickly the property sold, as it must be remembered that several television personalities have had a hard time selling and have even had to cut the price significantly, to the point of selling at a loss.
It is also striking that this property is not located in any of the major areas of California, as Monte Nido is a community between Malibu and Calabasas.
The identity of the lucky buyer is currently unknown, but it is known that he will be able to enjoy a main house of 2,200 square feet spread over one floor with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a foyer, living room, great room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and other amenities.
The place remains in perfect condition despite its construction dating back to the 1960s. In fact, its most striking feature today is the rustic style of its design.
Inside the house, we must mention its large windows, vaulted ceilings, polished concrete floors, white brick fireplace and skylight.
Outside there is plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors with family and friends. You will have green areas, a terrace and a dining room at your disposal.
