Just over a month ago, Paul Reubens’ home in Los Feliz, California, went on the real estate market. It has just been reported that the residence has sold for $3.8 million.

This property certainly sold in a very short time, something that is not so normal in the real estate market these days. Although it was able to sell quickly, its sellers did not manage to receive the $5 million that they initially asked for.

According to the New York Post, the heirs of the comedian and actor had already lowered the price of the property to $4.5 million before finalizing its sale.

It is not surprising that this house has found a happy buyer in a short time, as the arrival of this property on the real estate market attracted attention. Its main characteristic is that it was owned by Reubens from 1985 until his death on July 30, 2023.

The identity of the lucky buyer is currently unknown, as is his intentions for the property.

The actor and comedian is said to have purchased this house with part of the earnings he earned from his work in the film ‘Pee-wee’s Big Adventure’, directed by Tim Burton. In 1985 he paid just $415,000 for the property.

This house sits on a 1.4-acre lot and was originally built in the 1950s, and during the nearly 40 years that Reubens owned the place he took great care to keep it in good condition.

The new owner will be able to enjoy a main house that has an area of approximately 5,000 square feet distributed on one floor with three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, one half bathroom, foyer, living room, main room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and other amenities.

Outside there are extensive green areas with a terrace, dining room, swimming pool, spa area, dining room and other spaces to share with family or friends outdoors.
