Juan Osorio says that 'Aventurera' is coming to an end

Producer Juan Osorio expressed his satisfaction with the success of the musical “Aventurera” and confirmed that he will continue to support the project, which is close to finishing its season. Although he did not reveal an exact date for the closing of the play, he said that the teamwork has been admirable and he is confident that the public will appreciate these efforts.

Since the season started, it has been involved in a large number of scandals and constant criticism. However, Osorio offered an exclusive to ‘Ventaneando’ to talk about the subject: “There are few left, I think we have four weeks left until the season ended, as I said, it was a short season and I’m not lying.”

However, she did not directly address Gustavo Adolfo Infante’s comments, who indicated that Irina Baeva might not be in the play until October, suggesting that August 17 would be the last performance. This date is also reflected in the box office, where the tickets available for “Aventurera” are limited to that last performance.

The producer clarified that there would be a break because he has to fulfill other commitments that he already had scheduled in his agenda: “I’m not lying, I said it from the beginning, (it was) in homage to Carmen and from this moment on I have to start preparing my next project that is in the pipeline.”

Despite the possible end of the musical, Osorio announced an exciting addition to the cast: Emilio Osorio and Sonora Santanera will participate in “Aventurera” on August 10, presenting some of the group’s most iconic songs in the two performances scheduled for that day. The producer remains committed to the success of the musical and seeks to continue adding new features to the production.

“I feel very happy to see her behavior, her attitude, she has warrior blood because her ancestors are Russian, they are very tough people, but she has also learned about the character of the Mexican and that she has to stand up. Today I would proudly close the cycle of ‘Aventurera’ with Irina Baeva, showing off who Elena Tejero is,” he said about the work that Irina has been doing.
