Pablo Lyle is going through a complicated situation that includes both a civil lawsuit and a criminal case. The family of the late Juan Ricardo Hernández has filed a complaint in 2023, which adds pressure to his case. In addition, the actor has lost his legal representatives, which further complicates his defense.
However, amid this complicated situation, his ex-partner Ana has expressed optimism, assuring that Lyle will be released from prison on a specific date. Araujo offered her comments during a media appearance, where the details of the legal process in which Pablo is involved were discussed. This message of hope could provide a ray of light in a time of uncertainty for the actor.
“Everything is fine, there is no strategy, just that he serves his sentence and we will be waiting for him here. What they know is that he will be released in December 2026,” said the businesswoman in front of the media.
Ana took the opportunity to say that the actor is aware that she has been living her love life with another person for a few months: “It’s great, we are a very good team. We have always been best friends so nothing, nothing has to change. We are doing very well, doing what we have to do, working, there are no sadnesses.”
On the criminal front, Pablo was convicted of involuntary manslaughter in 2022 and received a five-year prison sentence, along with eight years of probation and will have to complete 100 hours of community service. Recently, it was reported that his lawyers decided to drop the case due to “irreconcilable differences,” leaving Lyle in a vulnerable position in his legal defense.
“They have been informed of everything, we go to therapy, but it is over, we are all doing very well, Pablo is doing very well. Many follow me on my social networks, I give tips to entrepreneurial women, he is doing well, the truth is that he only says that you have to live the day in the present. Live one day at a time,” Araujo added.
