Although it has not been confirmed by their partners, the divorce between Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck is becoming more and more evident. At the moment, the actress and singer is looking for a new property in Los Angeles, California, to turn into her new bachelorette residence.
This information comes a week after Affleck paid $20.5 million for a mansion in Pacific Palisades. It should also be noted that the Beverly Hills mansion that served as the couple’s home is currently for sale.
Jennifer Lopez spent several weeks at her mansion in the Hamptons, but this week she has decided to return to Los Angeles and one of her priorities has been to start visiting properties.
Recently, paparazzi shared photos showing the actress visiting a large mansion, which is located between Bel Air and Beverly Hills. This must certainly be very hard on Lopez, since at the beginning of last year she was in a new situation: looking for a house to share with Ben Affleck.
According to various media outlets, the residence that Lopez visited is valued at $22.9 million. It includes a 10,000-square-foot main house with six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a foyer, a living room, a great room, a dining room, a kitchen, a laundry room, and other amenities.
In the same photos, it is striking that Lopez is not wearing her wedding ring. It should be remembered that during the last few months she and Affleck have been making public appearances with and without the ring.
On the other hand, it should be mentioned that this is not the first property that the actress and singer has visited. Shortly after rumors of her separation began, she was seen with her partner Elaine Goldsmith-Thomas visiting a house. At the time it was not clear what Lopez’s intention was, but everything seems to point to her new goal: to get a home in Los Angeles.
